Restricted Delivery

All of the tapes and DVD's in your order will be shipped to you from our offices in Seattle, WA USA. We only ship to the U.S. and Canada, but we do NOT ship to Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and/or Utah. There are no exceptions, so please don't ask.

We use Priority Mail from the U.S. Post Office to ship packages to addresses in the USA. Shipping fees to addresses in the USA are $5 for the first item and $1 for each additional item. Orders are usually in your hands in 7 business days or less. Please remember that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. We do not send packages overnight.

Special International Shipping Policies

Packages may be stopped, inspected, delayed, taxed, and/or siezed by Customs Officials in your country. AMVC is not responsible for these duties, delays, or confiscations. If your package has not arrived within 30 days please contact your Post Office or Customs Office for information.

PAL format tapes are only available where specified. If the button does not say European/PAL then it is not available in PAL format.

Some DVD's are "region locked" so they may or may not play in your country. Region 1 is America and Canada.
